Do I need an appointment, or do you take walk-ins?

We're an appointment-first shop — booking online guarantees your time slot with the barber of your choice and avoids the wait. Walk-ins are welcome when the chair is open, but we can't always promise same-day availability, especially evenings and weekends.

Where are you located? Is there parking?

We're at 7869 Van Nuys Blvd in Panorama City, CA, inside Speakeasy Fitness — Van Nuys. There's free parking on-site. Take the elevator to floor 1 and head to the lounge.

What are your hours?

Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Last appointment of the day is typically booked 60 minutes before close.

How much do services cost?

Pricing depends on hair length, density, and any add-ons. Live pricing for each service is shown inside the booking calendar before you confirm your time. You'll know the exact amount before you walk in.

What's your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Repeat no-shows may be asked to pre-pay future appointments.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, contactless mobile payments (Apple Pay / Google Pay), and cash. Card-on-file is optional through the booking system.

Do you cut kids' hair?

Our services are designed for adults and older teens. Our minimum age for services is generally 18+ unless arranged in advance — reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What is The Blur?

It's our shorthand for the seamless, smoky transition of a perfect fade — the standard the whole shop is built around. Every cut starts with the question "how does the blur land?" before we touch the rest.

Will my barber remember my preferences next time?

Yes. We keep digital notes on hair texture, the style you walked out with, the products we used, and anything you flagged during consultation. Your next appointment starts from where the last one ended.

I have a skin or scalp sensitivity. What should I do?

Tell your barber at the start of consultation. We'll adjust products and techniques accordingly. For active contagious skin or scalp conditions, we may need to reschedule per California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology rules.
