When you provide your phone number to us — through online booking, a phone call to the shop, or in person — you consent to receive service-related text messages from Xclusive Sal's Barbershop. - We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with subprocessors (the SMS carrier and our booking platform) is solely to deliver the message and is governed by their respective privacy policies.

We protect your information with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Bookings and payments are handled by encrypted third-party platforms. Access to client records inside the shop is restricted to staff who need it.
3. Third-party sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share information only with the service providers required to operate the shop — our booking platform, our payment processor, and our SMS carrier — under confidentiality terms.
5. Your rights and choices
- Access / update / delete: contact us to review the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, or request deletion (subject to legal recordkeeping obligations).
- Opt out of SMS: reply STOP to any text message.
- Opt out of email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us directly.
