These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Xclusive Sal's Barbershop (“we,” “us,” “our”), and your visit to our shop. By booking an appointment or visiting us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Appointment & booking policy
We require accurate information to confirm your appointment. An appointment is only fully confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or text message. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is unsafe, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with the standards of the shop.
2. Cancellation & no-show policy
- Cancellations require 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel without penalty.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to honor the next client's appointment.
- Repeated no-shows may be subject to a no-show fee or a pre-payment requirement on future bookings.
3. Payments & refunds
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown at the time you book is an estimate based on the service selected; final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, and add-ons agreed to during your consultation.
Due to the nature of our artistic services, we do not offer refunds. If you are not 100% satisfied, please raise the concern before you leave the chair so adjustments can be made on the spot.
4. Health & safety
Please disclose any skin sensitivities, allergies, or scalp conditions before your service begins. We adhere to California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology sanitation standards. We may decline service for contagious skin or scalp conditions until they clear.
5. SMS / A2P terms
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related text messages from Xclusive Sal's Barbershop — including appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and occasional shop updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

6. Limitation of liability
Xclusive Sal's Barbershop is not responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during your visit. Grooming services carry inherent risk (minor nicks, irritation, allergic reaction to products); by booking a service, you acknowledge and assume that risk.
7. Age requirement
Services are intended for adults aged 18 and older unless arranged in advance with the shop. By booking online, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
8. Intellectual property
All website content — including logos, written copy, photography, and graphic elements — is the property of Xclusive Sal's Barbershop. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it for details on how we handle your information.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
